Easiest Hot Sandwich Ever--Slow Cooked Shredded BBQ Chicken

There are a few tried and true recipes that we all have that are easy to throw together in a snap. One of those for me is this shredded BBQ chicken recipe. I'm not even sure you can call it a "recipe," since it's so simple!

All you need is one pound of chicken (frozen is great!) and 1.5 cups of your favorite barbeque sauce.

Place frozen chicken in the crockpot and add barbeque sauce. Turn the crockpot on low and let the chicken cook for about four hours. Once done, the chicken will shred easily with a fork. Serve on rolls, or use as a potato topping--or just eat plain! This makes tasty, yet simple lunch or dinner. The leftovers also heat up well.
